The following safety regulations are in place under the library’s Phase 3 limited reopening beginning Tuesday, July 7 at 10:00 am.
Please see the restrictions, below. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
1. The library will be open to the public for reduced hours:
M 4-7 pm, T 10 am-1 pm, W 4-7 pm, Th 10 am-1 pm, Sat 9 am-12 pm.
2. Only 10 patrons (in addition to staff) will be allowed to enter the building.
3. Patrons may stay in the building up to ½ hour (may be extended if no one is waiting to enter.)
4. Patrons must check in at the circulation desk upon entering.
5. Patrons and staff must wear facemasks. We will provide one if you do not have one with you.
6. Patrons must use hand sanitizer upon entering.
7. Social distancing (6 ft.) must be observed.
8. Return all books to the book drop outside. They will be quarantined for 72 hours before circulating again.
9. Two computers will be available: one on the first floor and one on the lower level. Patrons may use the computers for up to 30 minutes.
10. All photocopying and faxing will be done by library staff
11. All programming is postponed unless it is possible to maintain social distancing.
We will still offer curbside service to anyone who prefers not to enter the library building.
