May Day Tour
Walking tour of a small New England farm Guided tours start at 11:00, 1:00, and 3:00, and take about 1 hour
Explore the cycles and diversity of our farm from maple sugaring to greenhouse production to cropping and harvesting of our fields, culminating in specialty food production and farm stand sales of fresh produce. Highlights organic plant production in the greenhouses, IPM and companion planting methods in the fields, and conservation strategies. Includes some “do-at-home” handouts. Guests will briefly tour the orchard, sugarhouse, greenhouses, gardens, high tunnel, commercial kitchen, and farm stand along the way. An easy walk along the farm.
